Welcome to Jexsy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jexsy mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Jexsy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you will comply with these Terms at all times.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, keep your password confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Jexsy provides astrological compatibility information for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrological compatibility scores and birth chart readings are not guarantees of romantic compatibility or relationship success. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy of astrological interpretations. Users should exercise their own judgment when making relationship decisions.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Jexsy. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jexsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

To report a user for inappropriate behaviour or safety concerns, use the in-app Report function available on every profile page, or email safety@jexsy.app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings in the app. If you have trouble, email hello@jexsy.app and we will process your request within 5 business days.
