We collect information you provide when you create an account and use the Service, including your name, email address, date of birth, time and place of birth, photos, profile details, and messages. We also collect device information and usage data automatically when you interact with the Service.
We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, to match you with other users, to send notifications, and to ensure the safety of our community. We may also use your information for any other purpose consistent with operating and growing the Service, including business transfers or partnerships.
Your profile information is visible to other users as part of the Service. We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service. We may also share information as required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In such cases, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Welcome to Jexsy. These Terms govern your use of the Jexsy mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jexsy. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We are not able to technically verify every user's age. If we discover a user is under 18, we will remove their account.
You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to harass, impersonate, or harm other users; post false, offensive, or illegal content; solicit money from users; use bots or automated tools; or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
You own your content. By posting it, you grant Jexsy a broad, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
Exercise caution when meeting other users in person. Jexsy is not responsible for user conduct on or off the Service. Report concerns using the in-app Report function or at safety@jexsy.app.
Astrological content on Jexsy is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a science and does not guarantee any outcome. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological information provided through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. We are not liable for any downtime, bugs, or data loss.
All content, design, and code in the Service belongs to Jexsy. You may not use our name, logo, or content without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jexsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is free and pre-operational; our total liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
